【Objective】 To understand the allocated resources about digestive endoscopy of medical institutions in Guizhou Province in order to provide evidence of quality management and popularization and development about digestive endoscopy. 【Methods】 Through holding diagnosis and treatment quality training about digestive endoscopy by the Diagnosis and Treatment Quality Control Center of Guizhou province, field questionnaire survey was conducted by delivering the survey schedule to participating organizations. 【Results】 The hardware allocation was lag behind, the distribution of resources was unreasonable, the professional technical personnel were shortage, the technology was weak, the situation of digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment was not optimistic. 【Conclusion】 It is necessary to enhance the hardware allocation about digestive endoscopy, accelerate the training of professional technical personnel bout digestive endoscopy, improve and standardize the whole operation technology bout digestive endoscopy, promote the sound development of diagnosis and treatment.
